About
TowerLine started as a shared chat between a few friends who kept arguing about which tower defence game had the best wave design. At some point we figured the notes we traded were more useful than most of what we found online, so we turned them into a site.
Everything you read here comes from actually finishing a game, or at least playing it long enough to hit the walls that casual reviews skip. We care about pacing, control schemes, and whether a game respects your time on a phone screen.
We pick games by a simple rule: it has to be something we'd keep on our own devices. Strategy and tower defence lead the way, but we wander into RPGs, racing, and the odd simulation when they grab us. If a game needs you to grind forever before it gets fun, we'll say so.
The editing is kept light so the voice stays personal. You get opinions, not press releases.
